Essential checklists and timeline for a successful competition day
🕐 Arrival Time Recommendation
Arrive at least 90 minutes before your first scheduled match to allow time for robot inspection, field setup, and team pit area organization.

7:00 AM - Doors Open
Team members arrive and set up pit area. Unload robot and equipment.
7:30 AM - Robot Inspection
Queue for hardware and software inspection. Make any necessary adjustments.
8:00 AM - Field Testing
Practice runs on competition field (if available). Test autonomous programs.
8:30 AM - Team Meeting
Review match schedule, assign roles, discuss strategy.
9:00 AM - Opening Ceremony
Attend mandatory opening ceremony and team introductions.
9:30 AM - Qualification Matches Begin
Be in queueing area 3 matches before your scheduled match.
12:00 PM - Lunch Break
Team meal and robot maintenance time.
3:30 PM - Judging Session
Present to judges (if selected). Be prepared with Engineering Notebook.
5:00 PM - Alliance Selection
Top teams select alliance partners for elimination rounds.
6:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
Celebrate achievements and recognize outstanding teams.
